Magical Gardens & Neon Night Markets 

Your next stop will be at the Gardens by the Bay a vast, colourful and futuristic park that has won many prestigious awards, including the World Building of the Year at the World Architecture Festival in 2012. Watch out for the specially engineered biodomes that simulate natural climates ranging from the Mediterranean, to the tropics. There are also fascinating displays within the Heritage Gardens, showcasing the culture and history of the Chinese, Malay, and Indian communities that make Singapore so unique. 

You will also visit the famous Bugis Street, where you will find the vibrant 800 stall night market, lit up in neon. Here your local guide will be pleased to tell you all about the origins of the market as you search for bargains. Your tour will end with a Trishaw ride to Little India where you will get to experience an authentic taste of the sub-continent, sampling some delicious local delicacies.

Not to be missed, you will have the pleasure of seeing the Padang, Supreme Court City Hall, Cricket Club, and beautiful Parliament House. Your next stop will be at the Marina Bay where you will be able to enjoy stunning views over the city. Multicultural City

You will then proceed to Chinatown to visit the Thian Hock Keng Temple; one of the oldest Chinese temples in the city. Absolutely not to be missed, is the Singapore Botanical Gardens, which contains the National Orchid Garden, boasting a comprehensive collection of tropical and cooler climate orchids. Your tour of the great Singapore will end In Little India where you will have the pleasure of experiencing an authentic taste of sub-continental culture and cuisine.

Built in 1909, the Central Fire Station with its red and white striped "blood-and-bandage" architecture still stands tall and proud today, an iconic sight in the city. This is where you will commence your tour, before travelling on a traditional boat down the Singapore River, witnessing the dramatic collision of modern and ancient Singapore. The river was the mainstay of business and trading in days gone by, and the bumboats transported the goods to the warehouses lining the river bank. Come up-close and personal with the iconic Merlion statue. 

The walk will then take in areas of interest such as the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, the Art & Science Museum, and the 5-star Fullerton Hotel which was the General Post Office from 1928 to 1997. A stone's throw away is the Asian Civilisation Museum and the Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall which the Singapore Symphony Orchestra calls home. A quick stroll through the National Gallery Singapore, pass the Saint Andrew's Cathedral and the Raffles Hotel welcomes you. From 1887 when the doors were first opened, this luxury 5-star hotel has since become an icon that epitomizes the romance of the Far East.
