Private tours in Le Havre, Normandy

Normandy is a region in northern France. Its coastline includes white-chalk cliffs and WWII beachheads, including Omaha Beach the much-visited site of the D-Day landing. Just off the coast, an imposing Gothic abbey sits atop the rocky island of Mont-Saint-Michel. Normandy's main city, Rouen is dominated by the famous Cathédrale Notre-Dame, where the Catholic saint Joan of Arc was executed in 1431. Normandy is the main oyster-cultivating, cider-producing and mussel-raising area in France. Apple brandy(calvados), is also popular as are the apple tarts.
