Famed for its crystal clear waters, scones and clotted cream, Cornwall is a county on England’s southwest coast tip. It forms a peninsula that includes wild moorlands and hundreds of white sandy beaches, finishing at the promontory Land’s End. The south coast, nicknamed the Cornish Riviera, is home to pretty harbour villages such as Fowey and the university town of Falmouth. The north coast is known for surfing and the seaside town of Newquay.
